How do I enroll in a course?
Browse available courses from Browse Courses, open the one you want, and follow the enrollment steps on the course page. Once payment is confirmed, the course appears in My Learning.
Where do I find my enrolled courses and lectures?
Go to My Learning after logging in. All your active enrollments, lectures, and course material are listed there.
Can I track my study progress?
Yes. Your Progress page shows completed lectures, mock test performance, and weak areas so you always know where you stand.
Mock Tests & Typing Exams
How do full-length mock tests work?
Pick a series from Mock Test Series, start the test, and you'll get instant results with a detailed analysis right after you submit.
How are typing exams scored?
Typing exams measure your speed (WPM) and accuracy against the selected passage. Review the format under Typing Exams before you begin — instructions are shown ahead of every attempt.
Where can I see my past results?
Past mock test and typing results are saved to your account and accessible from your dashboard once you're logged in.
Payments & Subscriptions
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted via UPI — scan the QR code shown at checkout or pay directly to our UPI ID, then submit your transaction reference number. Access is activated right after payment is verified.
What's your refund policy?
Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. If something doesn't add up with a payment, contact support with your transaction ID and we'll sort it out.
My payment succeeded but the course isn't showing up. What do I do?
This is usually a temporary sync delay. If it doesn't resolve within a few minutes, email meritloader@gmail.com with your UTR / transaction ID and we'll fix it promptly.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your registered email.
How do I update my profile details?
Go to your Profile page after logging in to update your details.
