This policy explains how purchases on MeritLoader are handled. Please read it carefully before enrolling in any course.
Summary: All purchases on MeritLoader are final and non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. Please review the course description, syllabus, pricing, and any available free/preview content carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
MeritLoader does not offer refunds on any course purchase, regardless of how much of the content has been accessed, how soon after purchase a request is made, or the reason for the request. All sales are final at the time payment is confirmed and course access is activated.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Course content, mock tests, and study material become immediately and fully accessible upon purchase. Because of this instant, unrestricted digital access, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete — similar to most digital content and online course platforms.
3. Review Before You Buy
To help you make an informed decision, please do the following before purchasing:
- Read the full course description, syllabus, and what's included
- Check any free or preview lectures/PDFs available for that course
- Ask us directly using the chat widget or Contact Support if you have any questions before enrolling
- Confirm the batch dates, duration, and pricing suit your needs
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, or if a payment was deducted but enrollment was not granted, please contact us immediately at meritloader@gmail.com with your registered email, the course name, and the transaction ID/UTR. Genuine payment errors of this kind will be corrected — this is not a refund for change of mind, but a correction of a billing mistake.
5. Batch or Course Cancellation by MeritLoader
In the rare event that MeritLoader itself cancels a batch or course after your enrollment (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a transfer to another available batch or course of equal value, or, at our discretion, a refund for that specific case.
6. Manual UPI Payments
Enrollments completed via manual UPI payment and verified by our team are subject to the same no-refund policy above, once access has been granted.
